The Rua Fight For What’s Right

The Rua – Fight For What’s Right
Director Frank Borin
Producer Elspeth Brown
Production Company London Alley & NYLAHD

Shot on location in New York the Rua are an awesome sounding Irish band. This was a pretty last minute shoot due to changing schedules and the reality of the music video business. We are often called upon in short notice to pull rabbits out of the hat for a number of situations. Everything from flying crew to another country with 30 cases of camera gear the same day to securing pyro technics or stunts for specialty shots. You name it we can do it. And if we don’t have the connections in house – we know the people that do.

This was a relatively straight forward shoot in that it was one location with a well choreographed move. Thanks to Director Frank Borin and steadicam operator Jonathan Beattie (the same operator in Pharell’s “Happy”): http://www.steadiway.com This was well executed. Great to work with London Alley & Frank Borin. Special thanks to the Mayor’s Office and TCD who extended our requests in the midst of a busy New York production schedule. Wish the Rua much success – great band!
